Signing of a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (MOU) with Super Micro Computer, Inc.

Mikasa Shoji Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; CEO: Hideki Nakanishi; hereinafter “Mikasa Shoji”) is pleased to officially announce that it will enter into collaboration with Super Micro Computer, Inc. (Head Office: San Jose, California, USA; hereafter referred to as Supermicro), a global leader in AI, cloud, storage, and more, We have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to build strategic collaboration in the data center business sector.

With this agreement, Mikasa Shoji aims to provide next-generation solutions that meet the rapid AI demand by combining our company’s accumulated software development and system solution technologies with Supermicro’s high-performance server and IT infrastructure.
